The completely remodeled office features open spaces for collaboration, uses natural and LED lighting, and flexible workspaces and technology. The exterior of the office received new exterior panels, replacing the 1970's exterior.  

A Starbucks café and a variety of entertainment spaces are part of the company’s We Have Fun core value.

Our planned refresh and renovation of student dorm lounges Pickitt and Quincer at Cornerstone University will create welcoming spaces for students and visitors. Our design team designated the TV areas from collaboration spaces for team study sessions, club meetings and bible study.

Our office renovation for Van Dyken Mechanical was a transformation of the former office space and a conversion of adjacent warehouse into a streamlined HQ. Interior finishes flow smoothly throughout the newly created spaces. Cafe and collaboration areas offer a cool factor with quartz, blackened steel counters and unique color schemes lighting up mechanical work. The exterior received an extensive face lift, while gaining light through glass entries and clerestory windows.

In order to continue uninterrupted operations, our team completed areas in phases and gradually moved employees into available spaces. 🙌

• The corporate office of Buist Electric was designed within an existing building, along with renovating and adding an expansion to create room for a multitude of meeting spaces, private offices, and open work areas. Buist Electric was both the client and the provider of electrical components for their new space. With statement lighting throughout, the work environment acts as a showroom for both Buist’s electrical installation capability.
  
  The connected office building was designed to employees’ needs and offers a range of work environments. Furniture, fabrics, and finishes selected for work and break spaces, meet both budget and functionality. Meeting space scheduling technology was installed making it possible to reserve space via e-mail. Within private offices of estimators, planners, and project managers, furniture solutions include drafting tables with flexibility and adjustability such as height-adjustable workstations by Custer Office Environments.

  The headquarters site includes landscaping, expanded parking and a retention pond.

The tenant build out for Express Employment Professionals involved a relocation to an expanded tenant space and HVAC updates to the existing vacant space. The new office offers more space and fulfills a wish-list of items for a busy and growing staff;

This project included a complete demolition and exposure of existing roof structure. A re-build of the space was completed within two months.
