A Cornerstone University Dorms | Our lives are shaped by moments in learning spaces...being in space on campus that feels like home
Cornerstone University’s design build goal for this project was to refresh and renovate their Dorm Lounges, Pickitt and Quincer. The school created a welcoming environment for students and visitors. Pickitt and Quincer entry ways are updated with new flooring, stair treads with risers, decorative lighting, and touchdown areas.

Our recent project at Cornerstone Church- South Wyoming Campus involved a renovation and expansion of gathering spaces. The newly created hub entry, the square, classrooms and corner café, warmly invite us to fellowship. The spacious state of the art worship center received upgrades in lighting and flooring. Grandville Office Expansion
Our office renovation for Van Dyken Mechanical was a transformation of the former office space and a conversion of adjacent warehouse into a streamlined HQ. Interior finishes flow smoothly throughout the newly created spaces. Cafe and collaboration areas offer a cool factor with quartz, blackened steel counters and unique color schemes lighting up mechanical work. The exterior received an extensive face lift, while gaining light through glass entries and clerestory windows.
In order to continue uninterrupted operations, our team completed areas in phases and gradually moved employees into available spaces. 🙌

Creating new office headquarters for Emmanuel Hospice involved combining separate business suites and forming a clean and streamlined 5,472 sq. ft. office buildout that maximizes on the original elements of the building. Sequencing of the work was done in smooth coordination with trade craftsmen on the project to ensure that restored areas were kept pristine during ongoing work. Although the cleaning and repair of elements like wood beams and the floor was a task, it offered a great opportunity in creating an authentic and quality office space.

Buist Electric Inc. HQ Completed
- The corporate office of Buist Electric was designed within an existing building, along with renovating and adding an expansion to create room for a multitude of meeting spaces, private offices, and open work areas. Buist Electric was both the client and the provider of electrical components for their new space. With statement lighting throughout, the work environment acts as a showroom for both Buist’s electrical installation capability.
The connected office building was designed to employees’ needs and offers a range of work environments. Furniture, fabrics, and finishes selected for work and break spaces, meet both budget and functionality. Meeting space scheduling technology was installed making it possible to reserve space via e-mail. Within private offices of estimators, planners, and project managers, furniture solutions include drafting tables with flexibility and adjustability such as height-adjustable workstations by Custer Office Environments.

The headquarters site includes landscaping, expanded parking and a retention pond.
Vander Mill Cider Finished
The production facility, tasting room and restaurant will be located at 505 Ball Ave. NW, Grand Rapids, MI. Originally based in Spring Lake, MI, Vander Mill’s added location will be similar to craft breweries, while the adjacent production facility will have the increased capacity to produce approximately one million gallons of cider per year.
