This projecft was the addition of one calssroom for all day Kindergarten at Ridpath Junior Public School. The project required us to tie into the existing services and make sure that the facilities were operational for Labour Day which coincides with the start of school.

This project was an addition of a new gymnasuim and change rooms at Alexandra Public School. The project was completed while school was still underway. We were required to coordinate our efforts with the school staff and principal to reduce the disruption to the students playing area; whilst keeping and maintaining a safe enviroment.
General upgrades at the school including doors and hardware washroom modifications for accessibility along with new acoustical tile ceilings and flooring.
This 10,000 square foot facility was constructed as a dusign/build project. We worked closely with the owner to meet their requirements for the building. Construction was started mid-September and was completed by the end of November to hold their Christmas stock.
This project involved the upgrade of classroom millwork and other finishes at four different schools. The projects were completed on time for school to begin.
This project was funded through the Infrastructure/Ontario program. We were required to obtain a building permit 3 months from the time of the award to secure funding. We worked closely with the owner and the City of Kawartha Lakes in order to meet these deadlines. We were responsible for all aspects of approvals from the site plan approval stage to obtain building permits. The project had specific requirments for seniors and people with disabilities. We were able to incorporate many features in the design and construction of the building including fully accessible kitches and bathrooms as well as features for the visually and hearing impaired.
Trailview Terrace was an affordable housing project that we constructed for the Peterborough Housing Corporation. The project included one 42 unit building and three 4 unit buildings.
Economy Wheels was a design/build project that required following the Nissan Design Criteria. Working closely with Wes Surdyka Architect we were avle to meet NIssan's requirements. The new building was constructed while their existing facility on the same site remain operational. Economy Wheels was able to maintain their existing business whit minimal disruption while their new building was constructed.
This project involved the replacement of their HVAC systems at the Lindsay Campus. The project had to be completed while the building remained operational. There was extensive coordination required in order to insure equipment would fit within the existing conditions.
