Visser Brothers was awarded this project as the low competitive bidder. The project involved the complete demolition of the existing branch as we as removal of the parking lot and all site amenities. The new branch bank consisted of wood framed exterior and interior walls, wood roof trusses and brick veneer exterior. New site work included utilities, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, landscaping and irrigation.
Visser Brothers self preformed all the excavation and site utility work, site and building concrete, steel fabrication and erection, rough and finish carpentry trade work.
Visser Brothers was awarded this project through the open competitive bid process. This project involved removal of the existing building fascia and coping and raising the height of the exterior masonry walls. The renovation work consisted of the installation of new structural steel supports and metal roof trusses to create a canopy covering the building front and side elevation. Aluminum wall panels, standing seam roof, and column covers were installed along he with new think brick veneer over the existing masonry exterior.
