Story

    Visser Brothers was awarded this project through the open competitive bid process.  This project involved removal of the existing building fascia and coping and raising the height of the exterior masonry walls.  The renovation work consisted of the installation of new structural steel supports and metal roof trusses to create a canopy covering the building front and side elevation.  Aluminum wall panels, standing seam roof, and column covers were installed along he with new think brick veneer over the existing masonry exterior.

    Visser Brothers self preformed all of the demolition work, concrete, structural steel fabrication and erection, and carpentry trade work on this project.
