Based out of Torrance, CA, Sandy Pringle Associates Inspection Consultants (SPAIC) was established in 1984 specializing in DSA Inspection Services. During its early years in the field of Special Inspections and Materials Testing, SPAIC recognized the need to bring a more coherent and multi-disciplined approach to the DSA Project Inspector profession, also known as, Inspector of Records (IOR). With over 30 years of experience, SPAIC has provided Inspector of Records (IOR) services in the Greater Los Angeles area on over 300 school projects including new constructions, renovations, additions, and other program-wide projects.
