Finished work for ENS Group
In conjuction with E&V Construction Inc., Kelty Tappy Design, Inc. is in the process of designing new office workspaces, administrative offices, training rooms, and a product "experience center" within an existing, unfinished office building for ENS Group of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Work is scheduled to begin in September 2012.
Historic Hildebrand Building Rehabilitation Finished
The result of this comprehensive adaptive-reuse project was a phased buildout of several loft-style office suites. The reuse of existing wood flooring, exposed wood floor joists, and clay brick wall surfaces provides a unique atmosphere for its tenants.
