C Below located all utilities using an Electromagnectic Locator to verify the utility locations before we proceeded with potholing, to minimize the amount of potholes for our client.  We conducted potholing in 36 areas as indicated on the plans provided.  Taffic control was provided by C Below with the California Temporary Traffic Control standards.  The client requested the compaction to be at 90%.
