·         Project Northstar is a 65,000 SF national distribution center in Traverse City, Michigan, and the largest of its kind in northern Michigan. The scope included footings, frost walls, truck docks, rebar mat tied at 12” on center, and a high-precision interior slab. Kent Concrete poured 20,000 SF slabs at a time, meeting stringent floor flatness standards and maintaining an aggressive schedule, while ensuring job site safety and advanced coordination with suppliers to prevent delays.
