Summit Landscape will be installing the irrigation system on this project beginning Spring 2010.  The system installed will be a Toro Baseline 2 Wire System.  The system will have rain sensor and soil moisture sensors.  The system will be capable of monitoring the water flow. 

Summit Landscape worked on the City of Grand Rapids parking ramp project located on the NW corner of Commerce & Cherry.  The project consists of the construction of a 316 car parking facility.  Summit Landscape was responsible for the following items:

This expansion of an existing art gallery consists of heavy millwork and the matching of the existing facade. Two large conference rooms were added and built using sustainable practices with 26.4% MBE / WBE / DBE participation. Summit provided the landscape and irrigation installation.

The Villas of Ada is a condiminium project located in Ada, MI.  Summit Landscape has been involved with this project since its inception.  Summit is the landscape and irrigation contractor on the project. Summit Tree Service, Inc. has also provided services on site.

The Villas at Rivertown is a condominium community located just south of Rivertown Crossings Mall off 52nd St. SW.  Summit Landscape has been provided all the landscape construction and irrigation installation on this project since its beginning. Summit continues to work on site as the units are being built and also maintains the grounds throughout the year.
