Stephenson Engineering conducted a thermal scan of the building envelope at One University Ave. and found extensive air loss through the spandrel panels. Furthermore, the sealant at the spandrel panels was noted to be deteriorated.  A partial sealant replacement of the exterior sealant is being conducted to enhance the performance of the building envelope. Phase 1 was completed in 2013 and phase 2 is slated for completion in 2014.
