This 165,000 square foot six-storey office building is connected to Southlake Regional Health Centre at third floor by a pedestrian bridge.

The foundation is designed as a raft slab covering entire building footprint to compensate for poor soils conditions. The fourth floor and part of the third floor are upgraded to control vibration for surgical requirements.
