Stephenson Engineering Ltd. was retained by Toronto Water as part of a multi-disciplinary team to perform a structural facility assessment of three existing buildings at their Highland Creek Water Treatment Plant.  The purpose of the report was to assist the client with their plans for expansion and to recommend ways to utilize their facilities in a cost-effective manner.
