Story

This two-tower development will provide a total of 255 units.  The design for the 15-storey towers includes floor to ceiling glass and glass balcony guards that extend to cover the concrete balcony edges.  The amenity podium includes a recreation centre with a pool, gym and spa as well as a business centre and theater room.

The project design includes water saving measures and innovations to allow for improved air quality and energy reduction and is targeting LEED Gold Certification.
