Story

This 1.5 million square foot development includes two 42-storey towers with 937 residential units and a four level podium containing townhomes, live-work units, retail and amenities. Building amenities include a theatre, fitness centre, swimming pool and roof-top terrace.

The project is located on Yonge Street adjacent to the historic Gibson House. It includes five levels of underground parking and direct connections to the subway.

The design features distinctive decorative roof top caps.
