In preparation for the 2015 Pan Am Games, the Etobicoke Olympium, an aquatics training venue, will undergo a variety of renovations and upgrades. Stephenson Engineering is providing Building Envelope Consulting Services pertaining to the assessment of the existing 64,000-square-foot roof system, and the design and field review of the replacement of new roofing system. Additionally, green energy initiatives regarding the feasibility of installing a photovoltaic and/or solar water heating system on the roof have been proposed for the location.
