Story

This 200-bed university residence is designed with four three-storey “houses” grouped around a communal commons area featuring a large entrance hall and lobby of structural steel and glass. A system of interconnecting glazed corridors and stair towers link the four houses while providing views to the landscaped courtyard.

The complex, constructed of reinforced concrete, contains forty-six four-bedroom suites and four two-bedroom suites.
