Stephenson Engineering was retained to perform a condition survey and slab repair detail for the garage roof slab at 10 Knightsbridge Garden, Mississauga.

Stephenson Engineering produced construction documents and specifications for the following:

·         Repair of slab delaminations

·         Through slab repair

·         Drain replacement

·         Replacement of the slab membrane
