This $85 Million 460,000 square foot maximum security facility houses 1230 male and female inmates. The complex is designed using a load bearing masonry structure with poured in place mezzanine slabs and a structural steel roof. This design modification allowed for a compressed construction timeline and on-budget construction costs.
