Stephenson Engineering was retained to perform a boiler room roof slab repair at 1276 Islington Avenue, Toronto. The roof slab of the boiler room at the above noted property was severely deteriorated. Above this area there is a compactor room, entrance walkway area and a residential unit.

Stephenson Engineering prepared specifications and drawings for the required remedial work to the suspended slab. The repair area is approximately 2,500 square feet.  We also provided contract administration services during the construction.
