Story

This 126,000 square foot five-storey office building in the Meadowvale North Business Park is 70% leased by Baxter Corporation. The building features efficient water and energy conservation systems, and a high standard of indoor environmental quality. It is targeting LEED Gold certification.

Challenges on this project included long span column free spaces between the core and the building perimeter including support of precast spandrel panels on these long spans at the perimeter.
