This two-tower 400,000 square foot residential condominium development is the first phase of a much larger planned mixed-use waterfront development project.  The two towers in Phase 1 range in height from 11 to 13 storeys and will be linked, creating a unique architectural expression.  The ground floor will feature retail and restaurant space and the buildings all have interconnecting underground parking.
