Story

This 180,000 square foot 21-storey condominium tower has four levels of underground parking.  A twelve foot cantilever beam supports the building structure, above the loading dock and garage area.  Challenges on this project included maintaining access to the existing parking garage for the adjacent apartment building during construction.
