  • 2024 Wake County Parade of Homes

    Welcome to the online entry system for the 59th annual Wake County Parade of Homes! Click one of the deadline categories at the bottom of this page to begin your entry. The system will save your entry as you go (similar to Google Docs)  and you can return to finish as needed, but entry MUST be submitted prior to the deadline to be accepted. Unfinished entries left in the system DO NOT constitute an entry. After submission, the HBA will follow up with an invoice based on your entry deadline.


    Be sure to review the deadline schedule carefully:

    Early Bird Deadline: Wednesday, April 24th {$1,900}

    Regular Deadline: Wednesday, May 22nd {$2,150}

    Late Deadline: Wednesday, June 12th {$2,650} - All Home Club entries due at this time

    Just Gotta Be Deadline: Wednesday, July 10th {$3,050}


    Renderings will be a 2D photo realistic style in full color still using the Color Selection Sheet included at the link below.  It is imperative that your entry include correct files for your elevations and floor plans (dwg files preferred, pdf files if necessary - NO SCANS).   OR  If you have already have a 2D or 3D photo realistic rendering and/or floor plan created for your entry, you may submit your own rendering and/or floor plan for use in the 2024 Parade of Homes.  All submitted renderings are subject to approval by the committee prior to use.


    If any changes need to be made to your entry (whether pulling the entry or switching to a different house), please review paragraph 8 of the Builder Contract carefully and notify the HBA of any entry changes immediately.

    Accurate information is essential - especially contact info, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses - so that the information in the publications is correct. Note: most HBA communication with the Parade builders is via email so be sure we have your correct email address.
