Story

This upscale student housing community includes 189 fully equipped four-bedroom and five-bathroom townhouses, a 4,000 sf community house and a 10,000 sf retail center. Located directly across from Grand Valley State University, this project offers many amenities including: resort-style pool and spa, computer lab, recreation area and outdoor basketball/volleyball courts. The project was completed in eleven months from start to finish.
