This project involved the renovation of an existing building into a mixed-use facility that includes commercial office space on the lower level and multiple apartments on the upper level. The renovation includes a fully restored exterior with new windows and storefront glass systems.
The lower level offices features all new HVAC systems and communication wiring. The upper level apartments feature 3-bedroom/2-bath air-conditioned units with full appliance packages.
