Story

LINC Community Revitalization Inc. is an organization that focuses on neighborhood revitalization through partnerships and collaborations with numerous community-based organizations and other neighborhood stakeholders.

Orion Construction was selected to complete Phase I and Phase II of this project. Phase I includes the construction of nine rental units in four urban townhouse-style structures. 

Phase II includes an additional 25 duplex and triplex units distributed among ten new buildings.
