Story

A home situated at Woodwind Valley Condominiums, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, experienced significant foundation cracking and settlement.  The structure’s sloping elevations, stepped footings, and overhanging sunroom created a challenging work environment.  The owner wanted to redecorate, but needed to repair the foundation failures before they caused further damage to the interior of the condominium.  Kent Companies' crew removed the banks surrounding the condo and installed steel piers to lift and support the building.  Addition piers were installed below the fireplace to secure it in place as well.
