This old building located in Grand Rapids, Michigan was brought back to life to house a furniture showroom as well as condos and offices on the upper floors.  Kent poured several different products from ¾”-1 ½” Gyp-Crete 2000 to level floors, ½” Level-Right 4000 psi cementitious self-leveling to smooth out old concrete to Therma-Floor to encapsulate radiant heat tubes on the upper condo dwelling units.
