Traditionally auto dealerships relied on epoxy floor systems to keep their service areas in top shape.  Golling GMC of Lake Orion, Michigan was looking for an attractive work floor that would last longer than the three years they were getting from epoxy floors. Kent Companies' crew went to work on Memorial Day weekend 2011 to remove the old coatings, repair and install the retrofit polish on over 15,000 square feet of concrete floor. The owner is relieved to have a beautiful working floor that will be easy to maintain for many years to come. The owner is also pleased to have ongoing customer praise for their flooring choice. Polished concrete floors are less than one half the cost to maintain over epoxy floor systems, based on a 30 year lifespan.
