Grand Rapids, Michigan
Waterproofing
Originally built as a commercial bakery, this building in Grand Rapids, Michigan was “re-invented” for use as a medical supply business that will aid Spectrum Health, the region's largest health care provider. The facility opened on May 30, 2011 and created approximately fifteen new jobs. Kent Companies responsibilities for this project included saw cutting and epoxy injecting concrete slabs to eliminate existing uneven surfaces. This process provided a sound surface for new flooring.
