Story

Biggs-Gilmore is a large marketing firm in Kalamazoo, Michigan.  Kent Companies was engaged by Pioneer Construction to perform a complete floor demolition and re-pour for Biggs-Gilmore’s new office space.  Kent’s crew not only removed the existing damaged and delaminated floor in this 100 year old building, but they also replaced it with Maxxon’s 4000 psi Gyp-Crete Dura-Cap underlayment.  Over 5,000 square feet of the Dura-Cap was installed as a finished floor good.  Standard grey Dura-Cap was used in some areas and color additives were used in other areas to produce an eggplant colored floor.  Kent’s crew embellished the finished areas by saw-cutting and polishing the Wear-Top to a high sheen.
