This project involved renovation of an existing 1 million square foot Mall into a new corporate global headquarters for a high tech and innovative IT hosting company called Rackspace. The design approach was to layer in new architectural elements to define highly collaborative work zones that would stimulate "Rackers" culture and project the Rackspace brand of "Fanatical Support". The existing building infrastructure was exposed and integrated with new architectural forms and patterns to provide a renewed image. Selection of materials and systems were about sustainability and identified for LEED Gold Certification.
This project involved renovation of an existing multi-tenant office|production facility into the new home for Xrite Corporate Headquarters. Our role was teaming up with Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber, Inc. as design consultants for review and recomendations of interior and exterior design approach.
This project involves renovation of the Executive Leadership floor for Steelcase Global Headquarters located in Grand Rapids Michigan. The concept was to create a community work environment for corporate leadership that would stimulate leader's strategic thinking, facilitate decision making, and enhance communication and innovation. The design needed to support leadership team members in strategic exchanges through collaboration together and with other members of the corporate community. The environment was designed as a collection of open and enclosed teaming spaces to support projects. A cafe and forum space were included as common space to encourage group gatherings and information|knowledge exchange.

This project involved a new corporate headquarters for Muskegon Commerce Bank. The design provided a 2-story glass entry lobby connecting the front and back of building for customer friendly access and wayfinding. Retail customer service was supported on the main floor and included a vehicle drive-thru canopy for service of up to 5 customers at one time. The upper level provided private offices and meeting environments for bank executives and private lending support. The lower level environment included additional staff work, break and conferencing spaces.
