Story

This project involved renovation of en existing 72,000 SF tenant office building located in downtown Grand Rapids.  The approach was to layer in a new design aesthetic at select locations that would revitalize building appeal and preserve the historic character.  A limited budget required a strategic approach for the degree of renovation and location.
