Finished work on new spec home

We are excited to share this fantastic modern farmhouse home featuring the quality, craftsmanship, and customization Heartland Builders is known for:

Warranty period has now come to an end.

These clients have been wonderful to Heartland.  After completion of their home they have referred two clients to us - which we have built homes for!

Home has been complete for a few months now and the warranty process has been a breeze! 

Construction is moving along well on this ranch. Productivity has been high and we will finish well before the home has been scheduled to be complete.

The modern farmhouse was on display as our Spring 2018 parade of homes, home. This house features a zero step entry into the home as well as into the shower. My favorite part of this construction was working with the 100 year old barn beams. Currently in out warranty phase.

The Lakeview home has been completed for nearly 8 months now and is in out warranty phase. Our warranty manager has loved working with the new homeowners!

Heartland just finished this beautiful new home. Tucked away in the forest, surrounded by trees and ready for new owners. This home was a wonderful project for Heartland to build - especially after seeing the look on the owners face!
