Story

The 50-story Regatta sits on a prominent corner in The Lakeshore East development and is the first in a series of five buildings planned to create a new street wall along Wacker Drive.  The building is comprised of two identities: a tower component and a linked low rise component.  The master plan for the site called for each component to have its own character and for the tower portion to dramatically step back as it ascends. DeStefano and Partners is associated with Loewenberg + Associate on this 320-unit building, designing the exterior wall and building massing.
