DeStefano and Partners conducted a comprehensive feasibility and planning study for reorganizing the historic (1926) Wieboldt Hall building and replacing/updating antiquated mechanical systems. The study involved a phasing plan for updating the building systems and renovating classrooms, departmental offices and public spaces. Consolidating the School's space within the facility will create opportunities to solve many of the ciculation and spatial problems currently experienced in the original 1920's building, allowing the creation of a new 'front door' identity for the School and creating clearly defined 'districts' and public spaces within the building.
