Story

The TCAPS Innovation & Manufacturing Centers project consisted of two simultaneous new additions at Traverse City West and Central High Schools, each approximately 7,000 square feet. These state-of-the-art facilities were designed to provide STEM-focused spaces, including classrooms, labs, and manufacturing instruction areas, while also serving as home to each school’s robotics team.

For D&W Mechanical, this was effectively two projects in one. We staffed separate crews at both locations, coordinating plumbing and mechanical installations to keep pace with tight timelines. The work required precision planning and execution to deliver both projects on schedule without compromising quality.
