The scope of work for this plumbing new construction project encompasses several critical elements to ensure a fully functional and efficient system. Initially, we did the underground plumbing work, including the installation of pipes and drainage systems below the foundation to support the building's infrastructure. On the exterior, we set up roof drains and leaders to effectively direct rainwater away from the building, preventing potential water damage. Inside the structure, we installed a range of fixtures and trim, including sinks, toilets, and faucets, along with their finishing touches to ensure both functionality and aesthetics. To enhance water distribution throughout the facility, we implemented booster pump equipment and controls to increase water pressure as needed. Additionally, we established water cooler infrastructure to provide convenient access to drinking water, installing water coolers and their associated plumbing networks to support the facility's needs.

The HVAC/Mechanical scope of work involved a comprehensive range of installations and systems designed to ensure optimal temperature control and air quality throughout the facility. We started with the installation of HVAC rooftop units, which are essential for regulating heating, ventilation, and air conditioning on a large scale. Complementing this, we implemented heat pumps, which are versatile systems used for both heating and cooling by transferring heat between locations. Exhaust fans were fit to effectively ventilate enclosed spaces, removing excess heat and odors. Custom-fabricated ductwork were designed and installed to facilitate efficient air distribution, ensuring even temperature control throughout the building. Additionally, grills and louvers were installed to support proper airflow and distribution, while standalone unit heaters were set up to heat specific areas or supplement the central heating system as needed.
