The Downtown Market houses rooftop greenhouses,indoor stalls for food vendors selling fresh produce, a seasonal outdoorfarmers market, two restaurants, a commercially certified production kitchen, acommunity demonstration kitchen, and event space. It also includes fooddemonstration facilities and the nation’s first kid’s demonstration kitchen. Allied installed the complete electrical system consisting of theprimary lighting system, fire alarm, and communication wiring.
