601 Bond is a new 16-story apartment building in downtown Grand Rapids that includes 4,500 SF of retail space, five parking levels, and 205,000 SF of residential space. Kent Companies delivered a one-month schedule savings by installing a basemat foundation and by turning around elevated structural decks every ten days, which is four days faster than the industry standard.
