Erhardt Construction served as the construction manager for the interior renovation of the historic Italian Renaissance-style building in downtown Grand Rapids. The project featured accessibility upgrades, remodeling of offices and rehearsal spaces, upgraded lighting, improved bathroom facilities, new furniture, fixtures and flooring, a new roof and upgraded HVAC equipment.
