Originally built in 1956, this 2-story structure with adjacent parking garage was transformed into a 4-story mixed-use complex containing 34 apartments and nearly 3,000 SF of retail space. The original parking ramp was demolished and replaced with a new, higher capacity parking structure. This is an Enterprise Green Communities certified building.
