The Byron Center Tanger Outlets is comprised of 10 buildings with canopied storefronts, wide walkways, stamped concrete, an outdoor ornamental fireplace, flower gardens and benches. Rockford managed the 42-acre project schedule during a harsh winter and faster than originally scheduled (51 weeks from start to grand opening).
