Kensington of Bethesda is a high end retirement facility located at Bethesda MD.  The scope of work for Absolute Builders includes running trim crown molding, wall base, chair rail, lean rail, wainscoting, wall trim, door casing, opening casing, window casing, window sills aprons, wood rosetta, ceiling boxes, installation of prehung doors, residential appliances, furnish and install exterior Trellis including PVC and vynil components, and interior siding.  The project has 7 patios/terraces/porches that received PVC Trellis that includes beams, columns and custom grids.
