Story

The project includes two newly completed automotive buildings that significantly enhance both operational efficiency and customer experience. The first is a modern two-story service facility, now fully operational, featuring advanced service bays, administrative offices, and ample parts storage areas. The facility is topped with a rooftop parking deck, providing additional vehicle storage and customer parking while maximizing the use of available space. Adjacent to the service facility is a completed four-story sales building that serves as the centerpiece for vehicle display and customer engagement. This building includes expansive showrooms, dedicated offices for sales and finance teams, and comfortable lounge areas for customers. To support seamless operations, the building also includes two levels of below-grade parking, offering generous space for inventory, staff vehicles, and visitor parking.
