This project’s highlight is the private rooftop outfitted with Bison pavers, planters, and high-end patio furniture. The stucco-finished stair towers and screen walls enhance the aesthetic. There is also a designated limited-use elevator from the top floor to the rooftop and new elevator lobby. DFS also built the staircase from the top floor to the rooftop for additional access. The tenant floors consist of a strategically placed skylight to maximize natural light, a high-end stain-grade millwork package with walnut and veneer including the elevator surrounds, feature walls, and a custom, intricate bookcase for the CEO’s office. The main conference room is outfitted with Muraflex operable partitions for flexibility and privacy. One of the most unique features is a hidden millwork door leading to a speakeasy that boasts a bar and live green wall, creating an exclusive and vibrant retreat within the workspace. The space has wall coverings called Drunken Monkey, a fitting name for the speakeasy space. The ceiling has metal sheen paint and cove lighting to enhance the ambiance. Rombini tile wrapped around all the columns enhance the aesthetics. The whole wall behind the bar features an antique mirror tile. Multiple specialty millwork finishes create feature walls in the lobby and along the wall in an open workstation area to delineate spaces and provide texture and interest. This thoughtfully designed space combines luxury materials and innovative features to create an elevated experience for its occupants and guests.
