We are proud to present our build-out for StretchLab—an outstanding example of thoughtful design. This project transformed a shell space into a vibrant and fully functional wellness studio, perfectly aligned with the StretchLab brand and its clientele’s expectations for comfort, accessibility, and modern design. From day one, our client brought a clear design vision and impeccable taste, which played a key role in elevating the space and making it truly gorgeous. Our scope included structural work, featuring a new concrete platform, custom-built stairs, and an ADA-compliant lift. A standout feature of the space is the beautiful and modern glass handrail system by HDI, which not only enhances safety but also adds a sleek, contemporary aesthetic to the studio. The collaboration between design professionals and skilled field crews, building management team and the neighboring tenant, made every stakeholder play a crucial role in overcoming logistical challenges and ensuring the execution of this build-out. The result is a sophisticated and inclusive space that reflects our commitment to quality, innovation, and teamwork—setting this project as a great example for tenant improvement projects in shared commercial environments.
