Story

Despite being a medium-sized project, it presented various challenges that were executed very meticulously, always seeking the best outcome according to the needs. Absolute Builders scope in the project included the trim carpentry at 198 units and the millwork for the amenity areas. One of these challenges was the curved wood veneer panels with a matte finish installed in the north Lobby, an item that spans from floor to ceiling, with each panel overlapping the other, thus transforming this space. Additionally, a concierge desk was created, where plastic laminate was used for the faces and metal sheets were used for the top. Other tasks included were the trim the corridors of each floor, as well as installing doors, hardware in the units, and common areas on each floor.
