Vista Fairfax Corner is a twelve-story high-rise residential tower with nine residential floors and four parking levels (three levels above-ground, one below-ground). The 228-unit complex has a mixture of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Facilities include an elevated courtyard, rooftop terrace and amenity space, fitness and yoga center, coffee bar, business center, and 330 parking spaces. Originally, this site was programmed as a mid-rise luxury condominium building. Further modeling revealed the site could support high-rise luxury apartments; a product currently absent in this market. Located within an already established vibrant lifestyle center, VISTA created instant placemaking with a sense of community for future residents. This modern apartment project stands as a grand gateway to the entrance of the mixed-use lifestyle center Fairfax Corner and combines beautiful exterior architecture with dazzling amenities to create an unrivaled living experience. The building includes many striking features: • A three-level glazed corner façade topped with a deep canopy structure adorned with patterned metal cladding. • A continuous deep cornice demarcates the boundary between the lower residential amenity spaces and the private residential apartments above, creating harmony & distinction per level. • The top-floor indoor/outdoor amenity space unveils a stunning terrace, with a unique trellis structure. • Façades that articulate with a blend of materials and colors creating a rhythm of varying depths and character. • On the 4th-floor there is a northern facing, landscaped courtyard that includes spaces for resident interaction or quiet singular reflection. • The building is a fusion of elegance and vibrancy, defining an upscale modern character for luxury living. The project’s success is due to staying on schedule and budget, despite turbulent market conditions and unprecedented material escalations. Teamwork defined the collective effort to deliver a successful project. The developer planned for part of the building’s garage to be made available for public retail use, as they own and operate the surrounding lifestyle center.
